Refund Policy
Effective June 2026.
Our payment, billing and detailed refund policy. Please review it carefully before any engagement begins.
01Non-Refundability of Fees
Retainers and Deposits: All upfront deposits, onboarding fees, setup fees, and recurring monthly retainer fees paid to PixPitch are strictly non-refundable. These fees represent the immediate reservation of dedicated operational capacity, resource allocation, and specialized strategy development.
Consumption upon Execution: All media, tech, and brand management services are professional services of an intangible nature. As such, they are considered fully consumed and earned by PixPitch at the moment of execution, deployment, or asset delivery. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for completed calendar months or milestones achieved.
02Cancellation Timeline vs. Fee Liability
The 60-Day Notice Rule: Because termination requires a strict 60-day written notice, any billing cycle or invoice that falls within this 60-day window is fully payable.
No Retrospective Refunds: If a client terminates the agreement mid-month, no refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining days of that billing cycle. Services will continue to be provided on a best-efforts basis through the end of the paid period or the conclusion of the 60 days, whichever comes first.
03Client Responsibilities and Access Delays
Service Availability: PixPitch makes its services, consulting hours, and execution team available to the client according to the agreed schedule. If a project is delayed, stalled, or unexecuted due to the client's failure to provide necessary brand assets, credentials, sign-offs, or communications, the client remains fully liable for the agreed payment. No refunds, discounts, or fee roll-overs will be granted for client-side delays.
04Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
Good Faith Resolution: In the event of a billing discrepancy or dissatisfaction, the client agrees to contact PixPitch in writing to resolve the matter amicably before initiating any formal financial disputes.
Chargeback Prohibitions: The client explicitly agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or dispute claims with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment gateway for services already rendered, underway, or covered under the non-refundable terms of this agreement. Any unauthorized chargeback attempts will be viewed as a breach of contract, resulting in immediate termination of services and potential legal escalation under Delhi jurisdiction.
05Third-Party Costs
Direct Expenses: Any third-party costs incurred by PixPitch on behalf of the client (including but not limited to software subscriptions, ad spend, paid distributions, premium monitoring tools, or external vendor fees) are strictly non-refundable and must be reimbursed in full by the client if advanced by PixPitch.
