Straight answers before we start
How we price, how billing works, who looks after your account and what happens when something goes wrong. If your question is not here, ask us directly.
01
Rates and pricing
How much does PixPitch cost?
There is no fixed price list. Every brand sits at a different stage with a different level of risk, so we scope a monthly retainer around your goals and the work that genuinely moves things. Tell us where you are and you will have a tailored quote within one business day.
Why do you not publish packages?
A packaged rate would just be a guess. Two brands asking for the same thing can need very different amounts of monitoring, writing and coordination, so we price the actual scope rather than a template.
What is included in a retainer?
Exactly what is written in your proposal or Statement of Work. You get defined deliverables and no nasty surprises on the invoice. Anything outside that scope is quoted before we start it.
What happens if we need more revisions or change direction?
Services are limited to the scope in your proposal or SOW. Additional rounds of revisions, sudden strategy pivots or out-of-scope requests are billed at a standard hourly or project rate, and we will flag it before the work begins.
Do you take on one-off projects?
Most of our work runs on monthly retainers because reputation compounds over time. If you have a specific, contained need, tell us about it through the contact form and we will say honestly whether a project or a retainer fits better.
02
Payment terms
When are invoices due?
Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement specifies otherwise.
How can we pay?
Each invoice comes with a private link where you can view and download it. Depending on the invoice, you can pay online through the payment link or by bank transfer using the details shown on the invoice. A receipt is issued once payment is confirmed.
Are deposits and retainers refundable?
No. Initial deposits, setup fees and monthly retainer fees are non-refundable because they reserve team capacity and cover early strategy and resource allocation. Services are considered consumed on delivery or execution. The full details are in our refund policy.
What happens if a payment is late?
If payment is not received within the agreed window, active campaigns, asset delivery and monitoring may be paused until the account is brought current.
How does cancellation work?
Either side can end an ongoing engagement with 60 days of written notice. Fees, retainers and third-party costs scheduled during that notice period remain payable, whether or not the services are used.
When do we own the work?
Intellectual property in final designs, copy and digital assets transfers to you once full and final payment is received. PixPitch keeps its pre-existing frameworks and internal processes.
03
Account management
Who will we work with?
PixPitch is a small team led by the founder, Shubham Verma. On larger accounts a dedicated PixPitch team handles the day-to-day work, such as drafting and posting responses across your channels.
How does onboarding work?
We start by understanding where you are, what people currently find and say about you, and what success looks like. From there we agree a written scope, access to the accounts we need, and an approval flow that suits your team.
What do you need from us?
Timely approvals, access to the relevant brand accounts and honest feedback. We cannot move faster than approvals allow, and delays caused by missing access or sign-off are outside our control.
Is our information kept confidential?
Yes. Both sides keep proprietary business information, passwords and internal crisis strategies strictly confidential throughout the engagement.
Will you show our work in your portfolio?
We may display completed, publicly released work and campaign results for portfolio and case study purposes. If something needs to stay private, raise it while scoping and we will agree it in writing.
Can you guarantee results?
No honest agency can. Reputation and community work depend on public sentiment and third-party platforms, so we work on a best-efforts basis with clear deliverables rather than promised numbers.
04
How we handle a crisis
Something is blowing up right now. What should we do?
Tell us what is happening through the contact form or by phone on +91 93544 48722 and we will reply as quickly as we can. Avoid deleting posts or replying in anger before you have a plan. The first hour usually shapes the next sixty days.
Do you monitor accounts around the clock?
On accounts with round-the-clock monitoring, our team works in rotating shifts so someone is always watching. Monitoring coverage is agreed as part of your scope.
What does your crisis process look like?
First we get the facts straight and map where the conversation is happening. Then we agree a holding position and approval chain with you, draft responses for the channels that matter, and keep watching how sentiment moves so we can adjust. Sensitive and influencer-led cases get handled with extra care.
Can you make negative posts or articles disappear?
Usually not, and be wary of anyone who promises a clean delete. Real reviews and published articles rarely come down on request. What works is a calm, credible response and building stronger signals that sit above the noise over time.
Can we prepare before anything goes wrong?
Yes, and it is the best time to start. We help you plan likely scenarios, response owners and approval steps in advance, so a bad day does not turn into a bad quarter.
