Credential Protection: All corporate passwords, access tokens, and administrative keys are stored utilizing encrypted password management protocols. PixPitch will never request permanent ownership of primary account credentials.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): All PixPitch employees, contractors, and partners are bound by strict, comprehensive confidentiality agreements regarding any internal data or strategic responses handled during the relationship.

No Data Monetization: PixPitch does not sell, trade, lease, or monetize client data, brand insights, or communication history to any third-party marketers or external entities under any circumstances.

Essential Tool Providers: We share data only with trusted third-party software platforms (e.g., social listening tools, communication suites, secure hosting) purely to execute the technical parameters of our services. These platforms are bound by their own stringent data privacy frameworks.

Legal Disclosures: We reserve the right to disclose information if required to do so by a valid legal order, subpoena, or government directive issued by competent authorities under the legal framework of India.

Active Retention: We retain client data, strategy logs, and account access points for the entire duration of the active service agreement.

Offboarding Deletion: Upon the termination of the service agreement and the conclusion of the 60-day notice period, PixPitch will systematically revoke all administrative logins, delete stored API integrations, and safely archive or purge internal project files.

Statutory Archives: Financial invoices and basic contractual records will be securely archived for the minimum legal timeframe required for corporate tax and compliance audits.

Legal Framework: This Privacy Policy is constructed and governed entirely by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework where applicable.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal conflicts, data disputes, or security claims relating specifically to this Privacy Policy or PixPitch data practices shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
