About the role

PixPitch helps brands and founders take control of their reputation, earn meaningful press, and build communities that stay loud long after a launch. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can turn that story into new relationships.

You will own outreach end to end: building targeted prospect lists, running thoughtful first conversations, qualifying fit, and setting up our leadership for strong closing calls. This is a role for someone who likes people, writes clearly, and treats a pipeline like a craft.

What you will do

  • Research and build lists of brands, startups and founders who fit our work in reputation, PR and community.

  • Run personalised outbound across email, LinkedIn and calls, and keep every thread warm.

  • Qualify inbound enquiries and route them cleanly into the sales process.

  • Book and prepare discovery calls, then hand off with clear context.

  • Keep the CRM honest and report on what is working every week.

What we are looking for

  • One to three years in business development, sales or agency partnerships, ideally in marketing, PR or media.

  • Genuinely good written communication. You can make a cold message feel human.

  • Comfort with rejection and the discipline to keep a consistent outreach rhythm.

  • Curiosity about brands, reputation and how public perception is built.

Compensation
