Refund & Cancellation Policy.
At PixPitch, our services are rooted in intellectual labour, strategic consulting, and custom creative production. As such, all payments made to PixPitch are strictly non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that our “Words Evolve” process begins immediately upon payment, and resources are allocated to your project at the expense of other potential clients.

Media & Tech Projects (Fixed-Scope)
The initial deposit (typically 50%) is required to secure your slot in our production queue and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the project is completed by the client.
Once a design, video, or website has been delivered or pushed live, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
PixPitch does not offer refunds for “change of mind” or internal shifts in client strategy after work has commenced.
Brand & Management Retainers (Monthly)
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance to cover ongoing monitoring, strategy, and Crisis Shielding services. These payments are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel a retainer mid-month, service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days.
Pix Fluence & Third-Party Costs
Fees paid for Pix Fluence campaigns are non-refundable once the negotiation or outreach phase has begun.
Any costs incurred for third-party tools, ad spend, or influencer payouts are final and non-reclaimable through PixPitch.
Crisis Management & Emergency Services
Due to the immediate and high-stakes nature of ORM Management and Crisis Shielding, emergency response fees are earned upon receipt and are 100% non-refundable — as they represent the immediate deployment of our expertise.
Termination for Cause
PixPitch reserves the right to terminate a project immediately if the Client violates our Terms of Service — including unethical behaviour, non-communication, or failure to provide assets. In the event of such termination, all fees paid to date remain non-refundable.
