By engaging with PixPitch (“the Agency”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure professional clarity and protect the “Words Evolve” standard of our collaborations.
Service Pillars & Delivery
PixPitch provides professional services across three primary categories:
High-impact Graphics, Video Editing, Animation, and Motion Graphics.
Custom Web Development, Email Marketing Systems, and Marketing Automations.
Social Media and Community Management, ORM (Online Reputation Management), Copywriting, and Pix Fluence (Influencer & Advocate Strategy).
Payment & Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to PixPitch — including deposits, milestones, and monthly retainers — are 100% non-refundable.
Once a project is booked, resources are immediately dedicated to your brand. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, project delays on the client side, or internal strategy shifts.
Monthly management fees (ORM/SMM) are due in advance. Failure to pay within 5 days of the invoice date will result in an immediate suspension of Crisis Shielding and all management activities.
Pix Fluence & Third-Party Liabilities
PixPitch facilitates meaningful collaborations with influencers and thought leaders. While we vet all advocates, the Agency is not responsible for the independent actions or public conduct of third-party influencers.
Success in Pix Fluence and Marketing Automations depends on audience behaviour and platform algorithms. While we use data-driven strategies, specific “viral” results or conversion numbers are not guaranteed.
Client Responsibilities & Project Pausing
To maintain executive-level quality, clients must provide necessary assets and feedback within 48 hours of a request.
If a client fails to communicate for more than 14 consecutive days, the project will be marked as “Completed” and all remaining balances will be due. No refunds will be issued for incomplete work due to client non-responsiveness.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the rights to all custom-made assets (Media and Tech) transfer to the client.
PixPitch retains the right to showcase all work for portfolio and promotional purposes, maintaining the “raw authenticity” of our brand history.
